FactSet creates flexible, open data and software solutions for over 200,000 investment professionals worldwide, providing instant accessto financial data and analytics that investors use to make crucial decisions.**Working Environment:** Hybrid**Job Description Summary**The Project Manager of Real Time Enterprise Solutions is responsible for overseeing enterprise-level commerce projects from kickoff through launch, coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create exceptional commerce experiences, while managing timeline and budget. In addition, lead our team to success by ensuring that we deliver the best in class features and functionalities for our internal and external users.**Role/Department Description:**The Real-Time Project Management team is seeking to hire a Project Manager to support the Real-Time Data Solutions business in Americas. You will get the opportunity to be an integral part of the Real Time team providing expertise on structuring project plans, actively managing stakeholders, RAID logs, key milestones, procurement, communications, time, cost, scope, quality management and value add in terms of the outcomes of the department. The role will report to the Real-Time Client Engagement organization. **Responsibilities:*** Creates project plans cooperatively with the engineering, product development and Client Engagement team stakeholders.* Establishes and consistently maintains a productive environment for successful cross-functional collaboration.* Actively manages project plans, including but not limited to, definition and maintenance of work breakdown structures, OKRs, RAID logs, key milestones, internal/external communications, procurement management.* Effective, self-starter in managing key project management areas such as, requirements gathering and articulation, quality measures, scope management, time management, cost management, risk management, quality management, communications management and stakeholder management.* Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, evaluate business benefits/costs and drive business meaningful outcomes* Clearly communicate project execution plan and development status with key stakeholders in a visible and consistent fashion.* Establish transparent, consistent, low bureaucracy and repeatable project management best practices for engineering and product development resources.**Required Skills:*** Bachelor’s degree* 5 + years of experience in project or program management* 5+ years working directly with product development, engineering and client engagement teams as well as senior stakeholders.* Basic knowledge of financial traded instruments* Demonstrated experience with competitor market data vendors and products (e.g., Bloomberg B-Pipe, ICE Data Services, LSEG Real-time/RTDS).* Demonstrable leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders/colleagues directly and indirectly.* Desire for on-going challenges and interest in continuously learning about new business practices, technologies and financial instruments.* Demonstrated, strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to translate technical features into business benefits* Ability to work a hybrid schedule, three days onsite in our office and two days remote* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
