Job Summary We are seeking a
Senior Data Scientist
with deep expertise in
AI agent architectures ,
Large Language Models (LLMs) , and
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
to design and build intelligent, interoperable systems in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with
Agent‑to‑Agent (A2A) protocols ,
Model Context Protocols (MCP) , and deploying domain‑specific LLM solutions across clinical and administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design A2A protocols to enable autonomous collaboration between specialized agents (e.g., Claims Agent, Eligibility Agent).
Implement MCP pipelines for context‑rich, memory‑augmented LLM interactions across multi‑turn healthcare scenarios.
Fine‑tune and integrate healthcare‑focused LLMs (e.g., BioGPT, medical BERT) for document understanding and intent classification.
Develop retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems using structured (FHIR, ICD‑10) and unstructured healthcare data.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deploy secure, scalable, and regulation‑compliant AI pipelines.
Lead research in long‑lived memory agents, context‑aware planning, and RLHF for adaptive agent behavior.
Contribute to robust MLOps pipelines for model monitoring, versioning, and improvement.
Required Qualifications
Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, ML, NLP, or related field.
7+ years of experience in applied AI with strong focus on LLMs, agent frameworks, and NLP in healthcare.
Hands‑on experience with A2A protocols and multi‑agent orchestration tools (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
Strong understanding and implementation of Model Context Protocols (MCP).
Proficient in Python and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, LangChain, spaCy.
Familiarity with healthcare data systems, plan structures, and standards like FHIR, HL7, ICD/CPT, and X12 EDI.
Cloud development experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
