Candidate Profile We’re seeking a motivated, commercial construction professional with 3+ years of experience in construction, design, architecture, engineering, or a related field. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to support Project Managers and Superintendents in meeting cost, schedule, documentation, and quality goals.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities to ensure costs, schedule, document control, and quality standards are met.

Assist Project Managers with construction planning, scheduling, equipment deliveries, and document distribution.

Serve as a liaison between project team members, subcontractors, and the community.

Provide technical expertise on cost estimates, contracts, change orders, and project objectives.

Represent the firm professionally in all interactions with clients, architects, and vendors.

What You Bring To The Table

A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, design, architecture, engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency with PlanGrid, Procore, and Sage 300 Timberline.

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and community stakeholders.

What We Offer Salary range: $68,000 – $95,000 plus up to 10% discretionary annual bonus.
