Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Program Oversight
Define program objectives, timelines, and success metrics for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud initiatives.
Align Salesforce solutions with business goals (e.g., improving sales pipeline visibility, enhancing customer service efficiency).
Lead cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, Salesforce admins, developers, and third-party consultants.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Manage multiple Salesforce projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
Act as the main point of contact between business units (sales, support, marketing) and technical teams.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, report progress, and address blockers.
Drive CRM improvements like opportunity management, lead scoring, forecasting, and territory management.
Partner with sales operations to streamline processes and improve reporting.
Oversee the rollout of features like Einstein Lead Scoring, Sales Engagement, and Pipeline Inspection.
Enhance service processes through case management, omni-channel support, and knowledge base optimization.
Improve agent productivity with tools like Service Console, Macros, and AI features (Einstein Bots, Next Best Action).
Drive customer satisfaction by enabling SLAs, automated workflows, and customer self-service portals.
