Associate Dentist
interested in ownership. This full-time role offers the chance to join a supportive, highly skilled team while developing into a long-term leader of the practice. The ideal candidate is a dentist who values integrity, collaboration, and continuous growth, with an interest in performing a wide variety of procedures including surgery, endodontics, Invisalign, and implants. What You’ll Do Provide high-quality comprehensive dentistry with a patient-centered approach Perform a wide scope of procedures (restorative, surgical, cosmetic, and implant dentistry) Build trust and lasting relationships with a loyal, growing patient base Collaborate with a dedicated team of hygienists, assistants, and fellow doctors Enjoy autonomy in treatment planning with direct business and clinical mentorship Qualifications DMD/DDS degree from an accredited dental school 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred (motivated candidates with 1+ years welcome to apply) Interest in or experience with implant placement, endodontics, surgery, and Invisalign highly desired Why Join Us?
