In the morning, you might be managing the CEO’s schedule, preparing materials for a high‑stakes meeting, or coordinating travel arrangements for a conference. In the afternoon, you could be handling communications, drafting reports, or assisting with strategic planning efforts. Your day might involve facilitating executive meetings, following up on action items, or working on special projects related to business growth. You may also be responsible for coordinating with department heads, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. Whether it’s managing correspondence, problem‑solving logistical challenges, or handling sensitive information, your role ensures that the CEO can focus on the business. What You’ll Do
Calendar & Schedule Management:
Coordinate and manage the CEO’s daily calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of meetings. Communication Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering communications and handling correspondence. Meeting Preparation & Support:
Prepare briefing materials, track action items, and ensure timely follow‑up. Confidentiality & Discretion:
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. Operational Support:
Work closely with the CEO to streamline administrative functions, improve workflow, and support business objectives. Event Coordination:
Assist in planning executive‑level meetings, off‑site leadership retreats, and company‑wide events. What We’re Looking For
You are a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced executive environment. You bring: Experience:
5+ years as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or a similar high‑level administrative role. Organizational Excellence:
Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong Communication Skills:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with executives, customers, and partners professionally. Problem‑Solving Ability:
A resourceful mindset with a knack for finding solutions and improving efficiency. Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, calendar management tools, and project management software. High‑Level Discretion:
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Adaptability:
