Location 79 Jefferson St HH Bliss Wing (10064)
Shift 40 hour position, schedule of 4–10 hour shifts (set day off each week) M‑F, call rotation (approx. every 6 weeks), and 2 holiday call rotations per year.

Job Summary The Nuclear Medicine Technologist operates nuclear detection and imaging equipment and prepares radiopharmaceuticals for Nuclear Radiologic studies by following professional and departmental protocols to provide the physician diagnostic images to identify and/or plan appropriate treatment for the patient’s condition. Our Nuclear Medicine Technologists operate all relevant Nuclear Medicine and CT equipment and computer systems, including PET/CT and SPECT/CT, and PACs by following professional, hospital, and departmental protocols.
Qualifications
Graduate of approved program for Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Has completed all clinical competency, classroom training and passed a certification board (CNMT (NMTCB)(CT), R.T.(N)(CT)(ARRT), or RTRCT) allowing you to operate a hybrid nuclear medicine system. Or has completed all clinical competency, classroom training and passed a certification board (CNMT (NMTCB), R.T.(N)(ARRT) will be required to obtain a CT Advanced certification by ARRT,NMTCB or RTRCT within 1 year of hire (with the support of our CT training pathway).
1–2 years Nuclear Tech, PET/CT, and SPECT/CT tech preferred.
