Job Summary and Responsibilities We have an exciting opening for an experienced Hematology‑Oncology physician to join a growing medical oncology practice in Tacoma, WA. Candidates should be interested in participating on a dynamic team to shape a newly established practice, while forming good relationships with our existing employed physician referral network. The practice is adjacent to the hospital, offering both inpatient and outpatient oncology services to a rapidly growing community. As part of our team, you will work alongside local and regional cancer care specialists, all dedicated to improving quality, enhancing patient experience, and advancing clinical standards for those we serve. Compensation and Benefits Compensation range: $416,994 - $677,281. This position is eligible for benefits that include medical/dental/vision/pharmacy, FSA, retirement plans, life insurance, well‑being programs, and more.

Job Requirements

Medical Degree

Board Certified Hematology and Oncology (ABIM)

Unrestricted Washington State Medical License prior to start date

DEA with full prescriptive authority

Pay Range $200.45 - $325.61 per hour
