The Heart and Vascular Institute at Cleveland Clinic is seeking a full‑time Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) Cardiologist to join our growing ACHD team. Our patients come from all over the United States and the world for advanced diagnosis and innovative treatments.
Responsibilities
Lead outpatient ACHD clinic and serve as a regional referral center.
Participate in pre‑operative and post‑operative management of adult surgical patients.
Care for ACHD patients with end‑stage disease requiring heart failure and transplant services.
Act as an active member of the congenital transplant team.
Engage in teaching activities and departmental initiatives.
Contribute to clinical or basic science research, with interest in ACHD heart failure and transplant.
Qualifications
MD or DO with completion of an internal cardiology fellowship and at least one year of ACHD experience, or equivalent.
Board certification or eligibility in Cardiology (preferably ACHD).
Ambitious, driven, and committed to the growth and long‑term goals of the department.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Faculty appointment commensurate with experience at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine.
