Overview Complex Senior Sales Manager - Hilton San Francisco Union Square and Parc 55 Hotel. This is a dual property role located at Hilton San Francisco – Union Square, 333 O'Farrell Street, San Francisco, CA 94102. The hotels offer access to San Francisco's vibrant neighborhoods and a mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Responsibilities
Actively engage with Hilton Worldwide Sales and Intermediaries to retain existing customers and secure new business for the hotels.
Develop and execute plans to engage in outside sales calls, industry tradeshows, and customer events.
Develop, execute, and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans for the designated market.
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of opportunities aligning with short- and long-term objectives.
Represent the hotels in all sales interactions, including creating proposals and executing contracts.
Conduct site inspections with prospective and existing customers based on their needs.
Coordinate customer specifications (rooms, food & beverage, meeting space) via the lead management system and input data in Delphi FDC per standards.
Research, solicit, and generate new leads; maximize new room revenue and achieve lead-generation goals.
Engage in outside sales activities to uncover needs, build relationships, and win new business.
Negotiate contracts and commissions with end-user customers and intermediaries; involve Hilton Worldwide Sales and Legal as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3–4 years in a Group Sales Manager role within a large hotel.
Ability to travel on short notice and adapt to schedule changes.
Highly professional presentations and strong oral and written communication skills.
Must reside in the Midwest or Northeast and live near a major airport.

Compensation and Benefits The annual salary range for this role is $115,000 – $130,000 and is based on applicable experience and location.
Short-Term Incentive Plan (quarterly component worth 20% of eligible earnings)
Potential uncapped payout with qualifying revenue goals; some metrics have caps at certain achievement levels
