As the Vice President of Service Center Operations, you’ll lead and inspire our team in our Tell City, Indiana Service Center driving strategic initiatives, optimizing branch efficiency, and cultivating a culture of exceptional service. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver outstanding financial services while making a positive difference in the communities we serve. What You’ll Do:
Lead Branch Operations:
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure profitability while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. Drive Growth:
Identify market needs, develop innovative solutions, and expand our services to meet those needs and increase market share. Develop Talent:
Mentor and inspire team members, helping them reach their highest potential and achieve our business objectives. Enhance Member Experience:
Serve as a trusted advisor, deepen relationships with members, generate new memberships, and focus on delivering exceptional service. Optimize Resources:
Manage branch resources effectively to enhance performance and achieve operational goals. Foster Collaboration:
Work closely with other business units to align strategies, share insights, and drive collective success. Lead by Example:
Ensure that all branch activities comply with regulations and internal policies and identify areas for improvement. Champion Community Engagement:
Actively participate in community activities and initiatives to strengthen our local presence and impact. What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience:
A 2–4-year degree in Business or a related field, with 3-5 years of management experience in a retail or financial services setting. Lending experience is a must. Expertise:
Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market trends. Proficiency in software systems related to Core, Lending, Budget, and Compliance. Skills:
Excellent communication, sales, and service skills with a proven ability to lead, resolve conflicts, and drive results. Judgment & Problem-Solving:
