Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented
Inventory Specialist
to manage and track equipment, materials, and supplies for large-scale data center projects. This role ensures accurate inventory control, efficient warehouse operations, and timely delivery of materials to support project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming equipment and materials.
Prepare and stage materials for data center installations and deployments.
Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with project managers and field teams to forecast material needs.
Track and report inventory levels, discrepancies, and usage trends.
Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive equipment.
Qualifications:
2+ years of inventory or warehouse management experience, preferably in data centers, low-voltage, or technology environments.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic Excel reporting.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus).
