ID: 7221 Job Description

The role of the Order Support Specialist is to manage international transactions received from Fluke distributor, customers, subsidiaries, service centers, and suppliers globally. Tasks include customer support, order processing, expediting orders, tracking status, telephone support, monitoring contract commitments, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with domestic and international export regulations. Acts as liaison between Operations, Shipping, and the customer to handle escalations and inquiries. Responsible for country-level customs requirements and customer-specific account profiles. Coordinates with carriers and freight forwarders to meet logistical needs. Collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Finance, providing guidance and resolving issues. This position requires strong communication skills. STANDARD WORK: Ownership of Order to Cash:

Monitors sales order system to ensure correct receipt and booking of sales orders. Tracks shipment, delivery, invoicing, backlog, and responds to inquiries. Supports daily management to identify focus areas. Customer Experience:

Establishes an agile organization with strong work ethics, optimizing customer interactions to exceed expectations and foster long-term relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES: Advocate for Fluke and customers, providing a top-tier experience. Resolve customer issues with customers, distributors, and sales managers. Create, issue, and manage international purchase orders (POs). Ensure internal deadlines are met and POs comply with regulations. Reconcile POs for data accuracy. Collaborate with Shipping, Planning, and Operations to resolve inquiries. Communicate updates timely and thoroughly. Partner with Finance on Letters of Credit and international payments. Coordinate logistics with carriers and freight forwarders. Research and resolve discrepancies related to delivery, price, and order status. Conduct audits of handled POs. Update standard work and documentation. Perform other departmental tasks as needed. Required Skills/Abilities: HS Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's preferred. Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with creativity and judgment. Strong organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Professional demeanor in issue resolution. Proficiency with Oracle or similar systems. Experience with Letters of Credit/Bank Bonds. Understanding of freight forwarding, Incoterms, and international compliance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
