You’ll be responsible for understanding Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers. By performing 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between, you’ll solve problems and build trusted relationships to ensure homes and families are protected. You will listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care. You will… Prioritize

with customers and coworkers. Serve as an
empathetic
problem solver by using in-depth training to recommend the best
innovative
pest solutions for each customer’s needs. Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with a robust advertising budget to provide you with leads. Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes, explaining how Orkin’s products and services can give them peace of mind. Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and address questions, explain the process and set expectations. Make recommendations based on inspection findings and address any questions during the process. Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training will be provided. What do you need to be successful? High School Diploma or equivalent required No Experience Required! Valid driver’s license required Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid) Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients Work Environment
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
