AdventHealth for Children and AdventHealth Medical Group are looking for a dynamic and energetic Neonatologist to join our team at AdventHealth Tampa in association with AdventHealth for Children/Walt Disney Pavilion in Orlando.
The neonatologist will be responsible for all admissions, procedures, and medical management, while also leading multidisciplinary rounds within the Level 3 NICU at AdventHealth Tampa. The schedule will consist of a rotating shift model allowing for continuity and flexibility among the team of four physicians.

We provide full coverage of pediatric hospitalists, intensivists, and neonatologists at AdventHealth Tampa with complete access to local pediatric subspecialists.
The hospital hosts a 28‑bed NICU with Level 3 capability, a 14‑bed pediatric unit, a 5‑bed PICU, and a 10‑bed dedicated pediatric emergency room. AdventHealth for Children is nationally ranked in US News and World Report for Neonatology and is the #1 ranked hospital in Florida for Neonatology.
