Required Qualifications
Unrestricted licensure in Connecticut or ability to obtain prior to start
BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to start
Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start
Salary Range
$226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full‑time employment. Salary range is defined as total cash compensation at target. Base and bonus are variable depending on experience and performance.
