Major automotive company is seeking a seasoned Privacy Program Manager to lead the governance and operational execution of its enterprise privacy program. The role will be instrumental in standing up and operationalizing privacy governance processes, managing OneTrust workflows, and driving cross‑functional compliance efforts. This role will help stand up and operationalize the governance side of our privacy program. Responsibilities
Lead the governance and operational execution of the privacy program. Manage OneTrust system workflows, templates, and intake processes. Oversee Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), DSARs, and governance routines. Coordinate internal communications including forums, newsletters, and web updates. Deliver annual and role‑based privacy training and education. Maintain program health reporting including KPIs and dashboards. Own and update the enterprise data map and privacy notices. Develop and maintain privacy policies and SOPs. Support integration with the Global Regulatory Office (RO). Coordinate incident management efforts. Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in privacy program management. Expertise in privacy and compliance frameworks including CCPA and GDPR. Hands‑on experience with PIAs, DSARs, and incident response. Strong understanding of privacy governance and regulatory integration. Proven ability to manage program‑level KPIs and dashboards. Experience developing policies, SOPs, and training materials. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage hybrid work coordination and cross‑functional collaboration. Proficiency with OneTrust required; familiarity with BigID, Asana, or Compliance 360 is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $72.00/hr.
