Role As a
Senior Technical Program Manager , you’ll drive cross‑functional collaboration, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives, enabling Lighthouse to foster transformative partnerships, shape Intuit’s direction, and deliver exceptional outcomes for enterprise customers. The role leads the strategic planning and execution efforts for Lighthouse, creating clarity and focus in highly dynamic and complex environments. Responsibilities
Strategic Resource Alignment: Drive the strategic direction for Lighthouse and Fintech programs, aligning priorities and resources to Intuit’s broader Tech Ecosystem strategy and financial health.
Organizational Agility: Ensure alignment and agility across Fintech, enabling quick adaptation to evolving business needs while minimizing risks and maximizing ROI for strategic investments.
Operational Frameworks & Excellence: Develop efficient organizational frameworks for resource utilization, prioritization and decision‑making; ensure efficient use of resources directly contributing to financial health and growth.
Executional Planning: Translate company‑level goals into actionable strategies and execution plans, ensuring prioritization accuracy and structured trade‑off decisions.
Process Optimization: Identify and deploy Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) best practices to enable engineering excellence through standardized tools and workflows across teams.
Cross‑Org Collaboration: Build cross‑organizational processes, dashboards and tools to increase transparency, cooperation and data‑driven decision‑making velocity.
Data Maturity: Define Fintech KPIs and implement dashboards for increased visibility into program outcomes, enabling smarter and faster decision‑making.
Change Management: Lead prioritization and change management processes to keep execution aligned with annual plans, strategies, and organizational objectives.
Boundaryless Leadership: Champion innovations across Lighthouse and Fintech, driving velocity and outcomes across teams. Partner with the broader Product and Tech Ecosystem to share best practices and accelerate organizational maturity.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement, implement practical solutions and instill a culture of standardization and optimization throughout Lighthouse and Fintech.

Qualifications
Strategic Leadership Experience: 7+ years of technical program management experience leading large‑scale, complex cloud software programs or product delivery initiatives, ideally within the Fintech or technology industries.
Organizational Alignment Expertise: Proven ability to drive organizational alignment, agility, and resource optimization across multiple teams, while balancing competing priorities and ensuring measurable success.
Product Development Mastery: Deep understanding of PDLC best practices, process design frameworks and tools to drive engineering and executional excellence in delivering business outcomes.
Data‑Driven Decision Making: Expertise in defining KPIs, designing dashboards and enabling faster, smarter data‑driven decisions across teams to optimize processes and prioritizations.
Change Management Acumen: Experience leading successful change management initiatives across distributed teams, including prioritization adjustments and trade‑off discussions.
Collaboration & Influencing Skills: Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence cross‑functional teams and effectively partner across Product, Engineering and other key stakeholders to achieve program outcomes.
