Overview
A client in Chicago is looking for a Sr. Developer to join their team. They will be joining a team within digital technology that will be responsible for building chatbot and voicebot functionalities within their contact center application suite. They will collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design and ship new features. They will also help coordinate and work alongside an offshore development pod. They will help contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation as well as work towards optimizing applications for performance, scalability and reliability.

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of full-stack development experience
Experience with Google Dialogflow or similar platform experience (Kore.ai, Amelia.ai, Netomi0, Conversational bot building, along with experience integrating those bots with APIs for automation
Ability to develop and maintain Chatbot, chatbot implementations & integrations to .com/in-app/SMS using python.
Hands on experience of Services integration knowledge for APIs
Experience integrating APIs and third-party services, including aviation data feeds and NLP engines
Participate in code reviews, testing, and experience with CI/CD pipeline management
Experience working in an Agile environment Airline Industry Experience
