About The Role We are seeking a
Senior DevOps Engineer
to build and scale the infrastructure powering favorited’s live‑streaming and social engagement platform. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of systems that support millions of users in real time.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments, loves solving complex infrastructure challenges, and has a passion for designing resilient, automated systems that empower engineering teams to deliver quickly and confidently. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about gaming and excited to deliver new content to users.
Responsibilities
Architect, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and reduce deployment risk.
Design monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure reliability and fast incident response.
Optimize infrastructure for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.
Manage containerized workloads with Kubernetes, Docker, and related orchestration tools.
Collaborate with backend, frontend, and mobile teams to support smooth product releases.
Implement and maintain security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
Participate in on‑call rotations, incident response, and postmortems to continuously improve system resilience.
Stay current with DevOps tools and practices, bringing innovative solutions to the team.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
Strong expertise with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Spanner, BigQuery, etc.).
Deep experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Experience supporting real‑time streaming, gaming, or large‑scale consumer applications.
Hands‑on experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Strong scripting/programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or TypeScript.
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
Proven ability to design secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure.
Salary & Benefits Compensation: $150k – $200k base salary + options.
