Salary range: $110,282–$126,680 per year (equivalent hourly $53.02–$60.90). Placement within the salary range is dependent on relevant work experience and internal equity. For union‑represented positions, placement follows collective bargaining agreement rules.

Job Description Senior Analytics Developer for various and unanticipated locations (HQ: Chicago, IL). Deliver data warehouse and analytic solutions by writing ETL packages, developing visualizations, performing data and statistical analyses, and administering systems to deliver information to the health system.

The role serves as a functional and content expert of pipelines, synthesizing raw data into actionable information. Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL processes including data analysis, source‑target mapping, quality profiling, change data capture, and program performance.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and cubes in SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Tableau, and Power BI.

Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures for SQL Server.

Evaluate data quality and interpret results, communicating findings in clear, concise reports.

Document requirements, design decisions, system modifications, and maintenance procedures.

Own analytics projects, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, scope, and execute on requirements.

Serve as subject‑matter expert, mentoring junior staff and contributing to overall training and development.

Participate in agile development lifecycle, working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Technical Environment: SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, SSMS, SQL Server, Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, Azure DevOps, and structured programming.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field plus 4 years of experience.

4 years of experience in ETL/Data Warehouse/Analytics.

Proficiency with SQL Server for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.

Experience with SSIS, SSMS, Azure DevOps, Databricks.

Ability to gather and scope requirements, recommend analytical solutions, and mentor junior staff.

Strong understanding of Agile environment and solution analysis, design, development, and support.

Eligibility for remote work from states where the company is registered, but must attend on‑site training or meetings as needed.

Background check, drug screen, and SQL skills assessment required.

Some remote work available from states; NM is registered for business but requires onsite training or meetings as needed.
