Guest Services Manager As Guest Services Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that front desk staff delivers service consistent with impeccable Staypineapple standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, mentor, and monitor front desk staff and night auditors.
Interview, hire, and train front desk staff in accordance with SOP standards.
Prepare performance reviews and provide assessment of team members’ performance and development; provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure exceptional performance.
Monitor overtime and payroll costs, and assist with preparation of department budgets.
Experience and Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One to three years of related experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to a collaborative, diverse team dynamic.
Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems.
Passion for excellent customer service.
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
