The ideal candidate will enhance the member’s experience by providing personalized support, guidance, and education on using Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). This role ensures ITMs are more than just a transactional tool, serving as an extension of the branch's exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a contact operator for ITM services.
Process member requests and transactions, assisting them through the ITM interface as needed.
Balance daily and process tickets to the appropriate GL accounts in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain accurate transaction records in compliance with all policies and procedures.
Ensure front‑line operations are carried out correctly and efficiently.
Education and Promotion
Educate members on the features, benefits, and convenience of ITMs.
Identify and promote opportunities to expand members’ use of digital banking services.
Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and enhance the member experience.
Deliver a friendly, professional, and personalized experience for every interaction.
Ensure members feel welcome and supported when using ITMs.
Qualifications
Outgoing and personable, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn ITM functionality.
Problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service (financial services experience preferred).
