The Corporate / Business Development Director ("Team Pegasus") partners with Operations, Value-Based Care (VBC), M&A, legal, payor contracting, and other teams to build and execute growth plans in geographic markets. This role supports Team Fusion with preference for location in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Ohio, or Michigan. Travel up to 50%. Reports to the Vice President of Corporate Development (remote) with >40% time externally with partners. This role works with nephrology groups, Health Systems, Hospitals, and Accountable Care Organizations to develop core kidney care and VBC relationships, including large regional VBC entities, development of dialysis centers, joint ventures, acquisitions, post-acute and acute dialysis services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilities reflect expectations for this position but are not all-inclusive. Development – serve as regional development executive for a $750 million operating group. Lead initiatives that drive long-term growth as part of the division senior leadership team. Transactions – source, develop, and negotiate complex renal partnerships (e.g., Medical Director Agreements, Purchase Agreements, Operating Agreements, Hospital Services Agreements, and Value-Based Care Agreements). Strategy – partner with division leadership to analyze market trends and identify opportunities/threats. Develop plans to achieve company objectives related to revenue, EBITDA, capital, presence, and other measures. Value-Based Care – build regional VBC partnership structures with nephrology practices, ACOs, AMCs in collaboration with other teams to implement DaVita’s VBC agreements with government and commercial payors. Build local relationships, assess payor readiness, and qualify fit with DaVita. Collaboration – lead cross-functional virtual teams (Operations, Strategy, Finance, M&A, Legal, Hospital Services, Payor Contracts, VBC, etc.). Partner Relationships – develop and manage executive relationships with local providers for strategic opportunities. Physician Practices – meet nephrologists to explore clinical leadership of outpatient dialysis centers, renal joint ventures, acquisitions, and value-based care. Health Systems – meet hospital executives to explore outsourcing of inpatient dialysis, renal joint ventures, acquisitions, and VBC. Regional Providers – meet executives at IPAs, Medical Groups, MSOs, ACOs and other risk-bearing entities to position DaVita as renal partner of choice and explore VBC. This role is not responsible for negotiating payor contracts. Deliverables – manage key deliverables and prepare/deliver executive presentations to senior leadership and external partners. Reporting – update Salesforce and internal tools; provide timely status on accounts, opportunities, and growth initiatives. Travel – up to 50% travel required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education – Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MPH or relevant graduate degree preferred. Healthcare Experience – substantial healthcare industry experience with a management consulting firm, payor or provider; knowledge of CKD, ESRD, and VBC preferred. Development Experience – 5+ years in Corporate Development (acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, etc.); proven leadership of transaction processes. Strategy & Planning – experience in market/partner analysis and 3- to 5-year growth planning; strong analytical skills. Relationship Management – ability to build trusted-advisor partnerships with partners (nephrologists, medical groups, health systems, ACOs, payors). Opportunity Management – ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and work streams. Team Leadership – collaborative leader who motivates and manages priorities and resources. Financial Analysis – ability to review financial models and assist executive decision-making on growth projects. Negotiations – strong negotiation skills with internal and external partners. Communications – excellent presentation, oral, and writing skills; ability to communicate with senior leaders. Advanced Computer Skills – proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and related tools. What We Provide
