The Opportunity This role joins the GTM Finance team to drive business impact through data forecasting and insights.
What You’ll Do
Lead strategic analytics projects and present findings that inform key partners.
Develop innovative data‑science solutions to improve and scale our analytics infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and trust.
Build and maintain dashboards to enable self‑serve information.
Create causal and predictive models that drive GTM team Forecast, Plan, and product‑led analysis.
Deliver critical business analysis and define/report financial and operational metrics for impactful decision‑making.
Produce timely, accurate executive‑level reporting and insights.
Automate real‑time financial information for top‑line, expense, and headcount.
Support budget prioritization, ROI maximization, and GTM strategy discussions.
Perform ad‑hoc analysis as needed.
What You Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Finance, Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with at least one data‑science tool (Python or R).
Proficiency with data‑visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Advanced Excel abilities and comfort with large data sets.
Clear, effective communication and data‑storytelling skills.
Proven self‑starter with a record of delivering insights that drive product strategy.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Compensation The U.S. pay range for this position is $121,700 – $228,600 annually. Pay varies by location and may include base plus incentive components.
