Overview

Senior Revenue Data Analyst to join the Sales Finance Analytics team. As a key member of the FP&A function, you will contribute to delivering high-caliber financial and business analysis that is insightful, measurable, and supports effective decision-making across the company, with a focus on improving financial performance. This is a critical Finance role requiring knowledge of product, advanced tools, strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to execute to the Company’s timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing

Contribute to developing a single source of truth data repository for revenue analytics to be used across the company, driving consistency and accuracy in reporting and decision-making across all business lines. Design and create comprehensive reports and dashboards for end-to-end analytics of company processes, enabling data-driven insights and performance tracking. Act as a data translator, guiding users to understand and use the single source of truth while building strong partnerships across Sales and Finance departments. Analyze large data sets across multiple platforms and systems, synthesize data to draw conclusions, provide business insights, and tell a story through data. Design and implement advanced data processing solutions in Python to identify and analyze customer and product sales behaviors for comprehensive analytics. Maintain data models to handle disparate data sources, manage manual processes with a focus on continuous improvement and contributing to the single source of truth data repository. Participate in the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures, ensuring data integrity, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, build consensus, automate, and reduce costs. What We Need To See

5+ years of experience in data modeling, reporting, and analysis, working closely with business partners. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau or Power BI. Strong data modeling skills in SQL are essential. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or Economics. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. Product-focused thinking with a track record of driving data-driven business growth and process improvements in a similar industry or role. Experience presenting findings from data analyses to senior management and other team members. Demonstrable ability to design and implement change management plans, driving new processes and analytics that influence business decisions and outcomes. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities and leading change and process improvement. Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

Experience in Power BI semantic modeling and Tabular Editor. Knowledge or experience in Salesforce, SAP SD, SAP COPA, SAP RAR, SAP BW, SAP BPC, SAP IBP, or Anaplan. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 100,000 USD - 161,000 USD for Level 3, and 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD for Level 4. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
