The Executive Director will oversee and coordinate professional master’s recruitment, admissions, and financial award functions.
Job Description The role includes developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans for recruiting, admitting, and discounting all residential professional master’s programs, managing travel plans, implementing marketing strategy, and managing agreements. The position requires strong collaboration with Deans and unit leaders.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of directly related experience.
Skills and Knowledge
Broad understanding of enrollment management and financial aid.
Proven track record in implementing and evaluating cross‑institutional initiatives.
Successful track record as an enrollment management professional with collaborative management skills and comprehensive knowledge of private higher education.
Demonstrated supervisory skills.
Excellent oral, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work successfully across multiple departments and collaborate with admissions and student services professionals.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and travel locally and nationally as necessary.
Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Oversight
Serve on the Vice President’s leadership team to develop and execute comprehensive enrollment strategies aligned with institutional goals.
Monitor enrollment trends, analyze market research, and use predictive analytics to inform recruitment and retention efforts.
Cross‑Departmental Collaboration
Work closely with academic departments, marketing, admissions, and student services to support the full graduate student lifecycle.
Coordinate a strategic approach to managing financial aid and support enrollment growth and net revenue goals.
Recruitment & Outreach Leadership
Lead initiatives to attract diverse and qualified graduate students through targeted outreach, partnerships, and events.
Policy, Compliance, Budget & Resource Management
Support enrollment practices aligned with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide oversight of enrollment budgets and allocate resources to maximize impact.
Improve CRM systems and digital tools to enhance enrollment operations.
Enhance operational efficiency through workflow mapping and cross training.
Promote a data‑informed culture supporting proactive decision-making and innovation.
Staff Development & Supervision
Coordinate support teams involved in master’s admissions and enrollment services.
