SR Integration Engineer – ESB developer with MuleSoft and IBM ACE
Base pay range: $73.00/hr - $80.00/hr
Responsibilities
Support the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) product: developing application integrations, supporting all phases of SDLC, facilitating customer on‑boarding, migrating integration functionality from Mulesoft to ACE, and assisting with product enhancements and production support.
Required Skills
3+ years designing and developing complex service bus integrations and APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint and IBM IIB/ACE platforms.
Familiarity with IBM MQ and similar messaging technologies.
Minimum 2 years of experience with application server platforms; hands‑on experience with relational DBMS, including Oracle and/or Amazon RDS.
Minimum 2 years of production support with a customer‑service focus.
Experience translating business requirements into use cases and technical specifications.
Design/develop systems for heterogeneous security technologies.
Experience with AWS environment.
Experience with Mulesoft Anypoint 4.0+ and RAML.
Experience with MQ 8/9+, web services, Java, .NET, Rest/SOAP, ESQL, ODBC/JDBC.
Experience with service registry and API gateway implementations.
Experience with SOA, micro/mini‑service architectures.
Experience with automated deployments and environment provisioning.
Experience with cloud computing environments.
Experience with ESB performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
*nix scripting skills.
Good understanding of functional/nonfunctional testing concepts; code analysis tools a plus.
Experience with collaboration tools: Subversion, JIRA, ALM, Confluence, MS Teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
