A Family Medicine Physician position is available at Dignity Health Medical Group's Paradise Valley Clinic in Phoenix, offering outpatient care Monday through Friday with no evenings or weekends. Candidates must hold an MD or DO, be board certified or eligible in Family Medicine, complete ACGME residency, and be licensed or eligible for Arizona licensure. Responsibilities

Outpatient only Mon-Fri, no evenings or weekends Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular days Call is 1:8 or 1:9 36 patient-facing hours, 4 admin hours Avg 18-24 patients per day Teach Medical students, Physician Assistant students, and other learners Academic appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix Opportunities to get involved in sponsor- and investigator-initiated research projects Excellent Behavioral Health resources What We Offer
