Our client seeks Salesforce Developers to enhance their Salesforce platform, specifically within the Consumer Solutions and Mortgage Sales squads. You will collaborate with various teams to design, build, and deploy new or improved functionality across multiple Salesforce instances, utilizing both custom code and low‑code tools.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Salesforce solutions across Service, Sales, Financial Services, and Experience Clouds for over 1,000 users.
Design and implement technical solutions using standard Salesforce features and custom code.
Optimize data models and flows to meet evolving business needs.
Create custom applications, objects, flows, and UIs of moderate to advanced complexity.
Evaluate the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and integrated systems.
Manage development requests using APEX, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Omnistudio, and Experience Cloud.
Collaborate with developers on refinement, technical discussions, and code reviews.
Monitor system health, perform audits, prepare for upgrades, and oversee data integrations.
Act as a liaison among users, vendors, and development teams to deliver reliable solutions.
Required Qualifications
5+ years Salesforce Developer experience
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required
Experience with API integrations (MuleSoft a plus)
Hands‑on experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong ability to understand, analyze, and articulate requirements
Proven track record of meeting deadlines, managing multiple requests, and cross‑functional collaboration
Proactive, creative, analytical thinker with excellent problem‑solving skills
Ability to coordinate geographically dispersed teams (Zoom, Slack, email)
Demonstrated ability to design and implement new processes and drive user adoption
Experience handling large data sets and implementing bulkification best practices
Preferred Skills
Hands‑on experience with Financial Service Cloud
Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and Omnistudio capabilities
Background in green energy, financial services, mortgage, or payment solutions
Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Agentforce, Salesforce
