This role supports our Revenue Growth team for our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Product. It will be responsible for quarterly presentations of revenue growth, diagnosing revenue fluctuations, and recommending improvements. The role requires cross‑collaboration with Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Operations teams.
Base Pay Range $110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
About The Role We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager to support the Revenue Growth team. This high‑visibility, high‑impact, high‑autonomy role includes:
What You’ll Do
Prepare and deliver quarterly presentations on revenue performance, benchmarking against the customer’s previous RCM vendor.
Explain revenue deltas by identifying process weaknesses and analyzing shifts in payer and procedure ratios.
Prioritize and implement process fixes to mitigate revenue drops.
Craft data‑driven recommendations to help customers enhance efficiency and drive revenue growth.
Launch ad‑hoc revenue‑generating initiatives across multiple customers.
Continuously drive process improvements for the internal team and cross‑functional partners.
What You Have
2-4 years experience in consulting, investment banking or operations at a fast‑paced SaaS tech company.
Deep experience in data analysis (SQL and Excel required, Python a bonus).
Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices for incremental improvement of operational processes.
Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, operations and engineering.
Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and a proven record of success.
Novice mentality: You know what you don’t know and you aren’t afraid to ask questions.
Comfort in chaos: You work autonomously with ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
Customer obsessed: You dig until you hit bedrock to solve a problem for the customer.
Proficient in Retool, GSuite a plus.
Experience in the RCM space a plus.
Requirements Full‑time position, five (5) days a week in our Mountain View, CA office.
