To scale the reach and reliability of our inventory platform, we’re hiring a

Senior Product Manager

to join our

Direct Issuance

team and lead the charge on

inventory access : integrating directly with ingesting supply from a variety of systems and enabling intelligent discovery and fulfillment through proprietary workflows and AI.

About The Direct Issuance Team Direct Issuance is building the future of event ticketing at StubHub – one where venues, promoters, and teams can seamlessly access millions of fans through StubHub’s distribution. Fans want direct access to the content they love; event organizers want to reach loyal and new fans where they are. In Direct Issuance, we’re creating the technology that makes this connection smooth and intelligent for event organizers across the globe.

This role will own the core systems that enable DI to scale:

Integrations with external ticketing partners

Dynamic inventory discovery through agentic tools

Inventory ingestion pipelines

These workstreams are foundational. You’ll be at the forefront of not only executing on novel technical challenges but designing the systems that allow us to scale at unprecedented speed.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – New York, NY

What You’ll Do

Define and execute the product strategy for inventory access within Direct Issuance – balancing immediate delivery needs with delivering the systems that allow us to move at an ever-accelerating pace.

Drive partner integrations across a variety of systems – working closely with external stakeholders, internal engineering, and operations to stand up supply and fulfillment capabilities quickly.

Develop intelligent ingestion pipelines that enable structured, scalable, and accurate supply aggregation and activation.

Build agentic systems that automate actions through autonomous workflows, enabling self‑service execution at scale.

Partner across the business to ensure the systems work in practice – not just in theory. You’ll be expected to dig in hands‑on, debug and resolve, and design for scale.

Define metrics and reporting frameworks to ensure we have full visibility into our systems while moving quickly.

What You’ve Done

5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of owning backend platforms, integrations, or inventory systems in high‑complexity environments.

Strong technical fluency – enough to contribute in architecture discussions and plan for scalable systems with engineering counterparts.

Operated in fast‑moving, ops‑heavy, or early‑stage product areas where success depends on building the right scaffolding quickly.

Delivered results through external partnerships and internal cross‑functional collaboration, including resolving ambiguity, aligning goals, and navigating trade‑offs.

Demonstrated analytical strength – you know how to self‑serve data, assess platform performance, and root‑cause issues.

Bonus: experience in marketplaces, integrating across external systems, or building AI‑enhanced systems.

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.

Salary Range: $175,000—$270,000 USD
