Why This Role Matters Most CEOs inherit momentum. This role is different. As CEO of InterviewHQ, you’ll take the reins of an early‑stage HR Tech venture and scale it into a category‑defining business. InterviewHQ is an AI‑powered hiring platform that helps businesses cut up to 67% of the time spent on interview pre‑screening — saving money and unlocking efficiency for recruiters, staffing firms, and corporate HR teams. We already have early product traction, and you’ll now lead the charge to turn InterviewHQ into a market leader — building the go‑to‑market engine, securing capital, and transforming how companies hire globally.

What You’ll Do

Own the vision and execution for InterviewHQ, from product positioning to scaling revenue.

Lead customer discovery and development, ensuring the product solves real pain for staffing firms, HR leaders, and hiring managers.

Build and scale a sales motion: close first deals directly, then recruit and lead a GTM team (sales, marketing, CS).

Develop strategic partnerships with staffing agencies, HRIS platforms, and enterprise HR networks.

Drive fundraising efforts (Seed through Series B) — pitch to top‑tier VCs, angels, and strategic investors.

Position InterviewHQ as the AI‑powered efficiency layer for hiring — shaping the category narrative.

Embed operational discipline: KPIs, dashboards, quarterly OKRs, and process for scaling.

Inspire, recruit, and retain a high‑performing team.

Collaborate with Nordiqon Venture Studio leadership and advisors to leverage shared networks, expertise, and capital.

Explore and pursue M&A and exit opportunities as the venture scales.

Who You Are

Operator + Seller: You’ve taken a SaaS product from 0 → $20M+ ARR, ideally in HR Tech, SaaS, or Future of Work.

Fundraiser: Proven experience raising capital across Seed to Series B. Strong VC/angel networks.

Builder: Thrive in 0→1 environments — lean, scrappy, resourceful, and data‑driven.

Domain Knowledge: Understand HR tech ecosystems (ATS, HRIS, staffing platforms) and buyer psychology of HR leaders.

Visionary: Can craft and evangelize InterviewHQ’s differentiation as a must‑have product for hiring.

Leader: Strong people manager who attracts top talent, inspires confidence, and scales culture.

X‑Factor: Bring something unique — a network, an exit story, or a playbook for category creation.
