Benefits/Incentive Information We are an Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters (Luxottica) seeking an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctors office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor. Responsibilities
Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients within the practice. Work as an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the Subleasing Doctor’s practice; terms of agreement negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor. Operate in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment and use advanced technology such as Clarifye. Utilize available tools (e.g., Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System) and access pre-testing support and patient recall systems. Maintain professional autonomy in patient care within the agreed scope and schedule. Affiliation Advantages
