Digital Native Hunter Account Executive in Denver, Colorado; San Francisco, California; Seattle, Washington. You have strong command of the SaaS sales process, can sell innovation and change through customer vision expansion, and guide deals forward to compress decision cycles. You are focused on understanding a product in-depth and communicating its value to prospective customers and partners. You will prospect for net new opportunities and target into new accounts. There are accelerators above 100% quota accomplishment. You will report to a regional sales manager.
The impact you will have
Assess your accounts and develop a strategy to identify and engage all buying centers
Use a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers
Identify the most viable use cases in each account to maximize Databricks impact
Orchestrate and work with teams to maximize the impact on your ecosystem
Build value with all engagements to promote successful negotiations to close
Promote Databricks enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Spark
Be customer focused by delivering technical and business results using the Databricks Platform
Promote teamwork to achieve shared goals
What we look for
You have previously worked in an early-stage company and know how to navigate and be successful in a fast-growing organization
Sales experience within big data, Cloud, or SaaS sales
Prior customer relationships with CIOs and key decision-makers
Ability to articulate intricate cloud technologies and big data
Experience exceeding sales quotas
Success closing new business to net new accounts
5+ years of sales experience in SaaS/PaaS companies
Bachelor's Degree
Pay Range Transparency Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package may include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 2 Pay Range $219,900 — $307,875 USD
