Early Careers: Property Risk Specialist
Overview The Property Risk Control team provides technical consulting services to help clients identify, evaluate, and mitigate property-related risks. As an Entry-Level Property Risk Control Consultant, you will work closely with senior consultants and underwriters to analyze risk exposures, assess facility operations, and provide data-driven recommendations that enhance client safety and reduce loss potential. This role combines technical expertise, analytical thinking, and client interaction while developing a strong foundation in risk consulting.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct property risk assessments for client facilities, focusing on fire protection, equipment reliability, and overall loss prevention practices.
Analyze engineering data, inspection reports, and risk metrics to identify exposures and recommend mitigation strategies.
Prepare and deliver clear, professional reports and presentations that communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, claims, and analytics to support client risk management goals.
Organize and maintain accurate documentation of site visits, client communications, and technical evaluations.
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to build expertise in property risk evaluation and fire protection systems.
Preferred Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex technical data.
Effective communication and presentation skills; comfortable explaining technical findings to varied audiences.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data visualization or analysis tools a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Qualifications
College Seniors graduating between Spring 2025 to Spring 2026 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or related), Fire Protection Engineering, Mathematics, or other technical discipline required.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $61,000 - $78,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
