This multi‑billion‑dollar opportunistic credit investing fund in Greenwich is seeking an experienced analyst to join the team. The fund focuses on complex capital structures and “off‑the‑run” opportunities in U.S. and European performing debt, special situation securities, trade claims and liquidations, capital solutions, post‑reorg equity, and opportunistic shorts.
Base pay:
$150,000–$250,000 per year + annual bonus
Responsibilities
Origin ideas and execute detailed equity models for distressed and special situation investments.
Lead deep due diligence, including financial, operational and restructuring analysis.
Prepare investment memos and present findings to the Senior PM and Asst PM.
Collaborate with investment team on all aspects of the investment process.
Qualifications
Up to 20 years of total experience investing in distressed credit and distressed equity in public and private markets.
Prior experience launching and running an equity fund that struggled to attract sufficient capital.
Strong origin, model building and due diligence skills.
Experience with restructuring and special‑situation capital structures is a plus.
Affable personality and team‑oriented working style.
Must be U.S. citizens or able to obtain employment authorization; the firm will not sponsor visas.
