Mortgage Loan Officer
– PNC Location: Boston, MA. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC’s footprint; some responsibilities may be performed remotely. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Overview As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will manage loan solutions for clients, develop relationships, and guide mortgage transactions from intake to close in support of PNC’s customers and business goals. Responsibilities Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements. Manage a portfolio of customer relationships; seek opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients; conduct sales calls. Develop and prepare loan solutions and refer products and services; review documentation to ensure compliance. Manage customer pipeline for efficiency. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered. Education No Degree Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $37,440.00 – $37,440.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible based on company, business and/or individual performance.
