High-Level Goals

Grow sales by building awareness around the quality and intentionality around the Sneaky Pete Spirits brand

Be an expert resource on Sneaky Pete Spirits (and spirits in general) for retailers

Build strong relationships with our wholesaler partners, ensuring they are informed and educated around all things Sneaky Pete

Responsibilities

Drive new account openings and POD expansion to achieve our sales goals in the Georgia market

40 direct account visits per week

Leverage your distributor partners to drive as many sales as possible: constant communication, meetings & sales events

Execute point-of-sale and “perfect store” strategy to drive additional sell-through

Stay within budget by category

Small focus on Monday Night Brewing products where applicable

Qualifications

Dynamic, action-oriented team player that is self-motivated and confident in making independent decisions.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

High sense of urgency and energy.

Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google docs.

Physical Requirements

Ability to climb, lift, reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift at least 50 pounds.

Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours in a hot, wet, humid, and loud environment.

Can work in both hot and cold temperatures.

Expectations

Salary Range: $60-65k base + bi-monthly bonus

Percent of Time Traveling: 50%+
