Sales Representative
GHA Technologies, Inc. (a top technology value‑added reseller) is hiring experienced technology sales professionals nationwide.
Mission:
We sell the latest AI technologies from industry leaders (Nvidia, Dell, HP, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Lenovo, Apple, VMware, Adobe, APC, IBM, Nutanix, EMC, Pure Storage, Samsung, Intel, Eaton) and specialize in mission‑critical procurement and integration services for corporate, government, and education clients.
Compensation and Benefits
Fast start bonus: $10,000 per month for 12 months (average first‑year earnings $96,000–$2,000,000).
First‑week training pay: $2,500 for first five training days.
Virtual appointment bonus: $500 per appointment.
On‑site qualified appointment bonus: up to $1,500 per week.
Profit‑margin bonuses: 200% for the first 90 days, 40‑59% thereafter.
Account credits: up to $10,000 for new client accounts, up to $5,000 new account credits, $400 gift cards for business building.
Full‑time W‑2 employment with medical, dental, HSA benefits, 401K, and company stock ownership.
Responsibilities
Identify and target new accounts with at least 250 employees.
Sell AI and data center solutions across product lines.
Coordinate procurement and integration services with corporate, government, and education clients.
Maintain a virtual/onsite appointment schedule and meet call/qualification targets.
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads to achieve the stated profit‑margin bonuses.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years direct technology sales experience.
Experience with AI, cloud, virtualization, and energy conservation solutions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet performance goals.
