Overview
Director of Lead Generation and Content – National Corporate Housing | Home, Wherever You Are. Location: National Corporate Housing, Denver, CO. National Corporate Housing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Lead Generation and Content to drive both the strategy and execution of our demand generation and content marketing functions. This high-profile role will fuel pipeline growth, align sales and marketing, and enhance the company’s brand voice across all digital and offline channels. The Director will act as both a strategist and hands-on executor—developing and optimizing campaigns, building high-performing content programs, and ensuring sales teams are equipped to close business. Success in this role requires creativity, collaboration, analytical rigor, and a proven ability to deliver measurable marketing impact. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Campaign Strategy: Design, build, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, social, outbound) to drive awareness, engagement, and MQLs. Partner with Global Sales Directors and Regional Sales Managers to align pipeline goals, identify target audiences, and fill gaps. Launch and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital platforms. Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager and Salesforce Product Team to build, test, and refine nurture programs that accelerate funnel velocity. Content Strategy & Development: Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned to campaign goals, business priorities, and buyer journeys. Lead creation of high-value assets including blogs, white papers, case studies, landing pages, emails, videos, and sales collateral. Ensure consistent brand voice, storytelling quality, and SEO optimization across all content. Leverage AI tools for ideation, drafting, and repurposing content while maintaining authenticity and quality. Sales Enablement & Alignment: Act as the marketing liaison to the Global Sales Directors and Regional Sales Managers, ensuring campaign and content alignment with sales needs. Develop sales enablement resources (one-pagers, decks, objection handling guides, scripts, and email templates) to support pipeline development. Host regular syncs with sales teams to align on calendars, campaign performance, and messaging refinement. Performance & Analytics: Define, track, and report on KPIs related to MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. Partner with Digital Marketing Manager, data analysts, and Product team to maintain accurate Salesforce tracking, lead routing, and reporting dashboards. Use performance insights to continually optimize campaigns, content, and lead quality. Skills & Attributes
Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, content marketing, and sales alignment principles. Proven expertise in digital channels (paid social, retargeting, SEO, email marketing). Exceptional storytelling and writing skills across multiple content types and formats. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Core, Salesforce CRM. Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, operations. Analytical mindset with a passion for metrics, optimization, and business impact. Highly organized with excellent project management abilities and attention to detail. Qualifications
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with combined expertise in lead generation and content marketing. Demonstrated track record of building campaigns that generate measurable revenue impact.
