Director of Sales

— Lead Growth at America’s Most Iconic Photobooth Brand

Majestic Photobooth is scaling fast and we’re looking for a proven sales leader who can drive revenue, build teams, and turn opportunity into repeatable success. As our Director of Sales, you’ll own the full revenue engine across both event activations and long‑term venue placements. You’ll lead a team of hungry AEs and SDRs, shape national sales strategy, and partner with our marketing, operations, and product teams to fuel rapid growth toward our vision.

This is not a maintenance role — it’s a builder’s role. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy

Take full ownership of the sales function across all revenue streams.

Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.

Define and optimize sales processes, playbooks, and KPIs to drive predictable results.

Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales performance to provide insights and coaching.

Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously refine the sales approach to remain competitive.

Team Building & Development

Recruit, lead, and mentor a high‑performing national sales team (AEs, SDRs, sales managers, independent reps).

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Build scalable training programs and professional development paths.

System & Tools

Implement and maintain best‑in‑class sales systems (CRM, automation, reporting) to enable growth.

Leverage data and analytics to track performance, forecast revenue, and drive decisions.

Ensure sales systems are aligned with company‑wide processes and technology.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with Marketing to align on demand generation, campaigns, and lead flow.

Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to ensure seamless delivery and long‑term customer success.

Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to shape offerings and strategy.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Achievement of national revenue targets.

Growth in new account acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.

Successful build‑out of sales org structure (team growth, territory coverage).

Predictable, data‑driven sales pipeline health and conversion metrics.

Employee engagement, development, and retention within the sales team.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

7–12+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in events, experiential, hospitality, kiosk/vending or B2B/B2C services.

Proven track record of building and scaling national sales organizations.

Skills

Exceptional leadership and people management skills; proven ability to recruit, coach, and retain talent.

Strong strategic and financial acumen, with the ability to set targets, forecast, and manage budgets.

Data‑driven decision‑making; skilled with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and sales analytics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.

Entrepreneurial, adaptable, thrives in a high‑growth environment.
