Your Role
Supervise all on-site activities for commercial solar installations
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project milestones
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans
Conduct site inspections and resolve issues to keep projects on track
Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders
What You Bring
5+ years of solar construction experience, with 3+ years in a superintendent role
Proven success managing commercial solar projects
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical systems, and construction practices
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
