Responsibilities
Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in various settings.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics.
Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.
Utilize evidence-based practices to inform therapy interventions.
Adapt therapy techniques based on client feedback and changing needs.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in therapy.
Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding therapy.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid Occupational Therapy license in Colorado or eligibility for licensure.
Proven ability to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
Experience in providing occupational therapy in diverse settings.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Understanding of regulatory and ethical standards in therapy.
Strong documentation skills for monitoring client progress effectively.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for enhanced care.
Adaptable to client feedback and changing therapy needs.
Familiarity with evidence-based practices in occupational therapy.
Ability to educate clients and families about therapy processes.
