Overview
Epson America is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support key Human Resources functions including onboarding, recruitment operations, training administration, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being a central resource for both employees and HR team members. This position is located at Epson America's Headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA with an opportunity for a hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Compliance: Provide administrative support across HR functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance. Onboarding & Orientation: Lead weekly new hire orientations for both in-person and remote employees. Manage end-to-end onboarding processes including I-9 verification, HR system setup, and training coordination to ensure a seamless new hire experience. Recruitment Operations: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, assisting in resume reviews, and coordinating candidate travel. Participate in weekly recruitment meetings and contribute to offer management and sourcing efforts. Training & Development Support: Register employees for internal and external training programs, track completion, and ensure compliance. Collaborate with the Learning & Development to support training logistics. Skills & Experience 2-5 years of experience in HR coordination or administrative support Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality Experience with event planning and budget management is a plus Employee Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage eligibility on start date Generous paid time off, including sick time, vacation, and holidays Income protection plans, including life insurance and short-term and long-term disability programs paid by the company 401K plan with company matching Educational reimbursement, employee assistance program (EAP), adoption assistance, employee discounts and much more!
