Primary focus is collaborating with in-market Relationship Managers to support the onboarding and ongoing support of those clients that are within a Relationships Manager’s book of business. This includes, but is not limited to, account openings, online setups, deposit support, credit support and complex service requests. The role also serves as a resource for Business Development & Support Analyst colleagues to advance their knowledge and experience around solutions and processes to enhance their ability to support more complex client sales and service needs. When needed, they support our segment’s digital sales channels, such as sales requests from the organization’s website, phone (800 number), internal colleagues, and marketing material (e.g., mail, radio, web, etc.). Key responsibilities for the role
Achieve targeted segment’s Deposit, Credit and Treasury Management targets through proactive portfolio management in collaboration with Relationship Managers. Have a strong proficiency in credit and treasury management solutions. Provide sales and support for Relationships Managers by engaging in activities related to client onboarding, account openings, loan submissions, document collection, client outreach, servicing, and ongoing maintenance within your assigned team. Utilize research and problem-solving skills to identify, analyze and resolve client issues promptly; maintain system to track responses to inquiries and ensure follow-up action is completed. Identify and refer cross-sell opportunities to the appropriate colleague. Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures. Key skills and experience
For this position, you must have at least 5 years of experience in the Banking Industry 2 or more years of Business Banking/Commercial credit & treasury management experience Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration Strong probing, communication, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills to effectively uncover and resolve complex client issues Effective time management and prioritizing skills Knowledge of banking regulations, lending policies, procedures, and techniques Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint The estimated salary range for this position is $44.04 per hour to $46.00 per hour USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
