Position Summary The
Recruiter
supports the full-cycle recruiting and placement process for both
exempt and non-exempt positions
within manufacturing and operations functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and site leadership to ensure effective workforce coverage, timely talent acquisition, and alignment with organizational staffing needs. The Recruiter will work on-site at a growing facility, playing a key role in building high-performing teams that support ongoing production and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates from both internal and external sources.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
department leaders and hiring managers
to understand workforce requirements and proactively address staffing needs.
Consult with management to identify, attract, and recommend
top-qualified candidates
for open roles.
Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to fill positions efficiently while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Partner with HR and site leadership to ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and government regulations.
Support hiring for both
manufacturing and operational positions , ensuring proper coverage across critical functions.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements
Active Secret Security Clearance
required due to work site access requirements.
Prior recruiting experience supporting
manufacturing, production, or technical operations
preferred.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced, on-site environment
with multiple priorities.
