Responsibilities Buyer lead follow-up Sales talk mastery Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Qualifications
Real estate license is required Good communication High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Compensation $165,000 at plan commissions Keller Williams — Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturallyrich offices in LA. Month over month, we consistently out-produce the MLS in Listings Sold, Listing Volume, and Contracts Written.
