Position Summary
The
Director of Nursing
is the clinical cornerstone of the organization—driving patient care quality, setting operational strategy, ensuring regulatory excellence, and mentoring a dedicated team of nurses. Working closely with the Administrator, this leader plays a critical role in upholding the facility’s reputation for exceptional senior care.

Qualifications
Current
RN license ;
BSN or MSN preferred
CPR certification
3–5+ years of DON experience
in a
150+ bed facility
Background in geriatrics, nursing administration, or related fields
Strong leadership and regulatory compliance skills
