Event Planning Manager!
Role and Responsibilities
Primary focus is on planning and executing successful events
Market will be corporate and social events, as well as events affiliated with conventions in house
Acts as a liaison between Meeting Planners and the hotel staff
Prepares all event documentation and coordinates with Event Sales Manager, property departments and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout the pre-event, event and post-event phases of property events
Details all Food and Beverage, meeting room sets and diagrams
Responsible for group billing details and final review
The Event Planning Manager are also the on-site contacts and are responsible for the smooth execution of all events

Refined verbal and written communication skills
Unafraid of event related tasks, projects, and responsibilities
Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized
A fun and energized person
Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
Two years of hotel event planning experience or equivalent preferred
